Manual hoist chain and Manual handle 

Every door has two manual opening device for:

1. Manual hoist chain: from top drive axis to 1.5m above floor, people can easily reach it and use it to move the door up and down. 

2. Manual handle: at both inside and outside surface of bottom door panel, there is plastic manual handle. Worker can easily and quickly lift door up and down. 

Light lifting weight 

There is torsion spring balance system around the drive rod of manual overhead sectional door. After spring tightened, it can balance the weight of the door body and reduce the load weight when manually moving up the door.   

 Flexible design to fit all project sites

The door can climb up in different ways to fit specific site situation.   

Standard lift: For limited top space, the door will turn to the ceiling directly;

High lift:  The door can climb up the wall for some distance and then turn to the ceiling; 

Vertical lift: If the ceiling is high enough, the best way is to climb up complete to the top.
